Can ecstacy cause kidney failure overtime ?

Hi i I've taken x since i was 17 till now I'm 24 now and use to drink but not crazy also u know smoke the happy plant but I've quit all dat stuff . Also i am very active .n i knw it's a very bad drug i knw i most likely have damage to them. i eat healthy n take vitamins n liquid supplments.but can your kidneys heal over time n wat are the signs or symptoms of kidney failure i just pray to god forbid they don't fail thank u for answering my question.
