Yugioh spell and trap negation strategies?

I'm running a pure attack dragon deck and traps like mirror force and spells like lightning voltrex (cards that don't target) have always been a problem, any strategies that can get rid of them? i've tried royal decree but what about spells since imperial order is banned? any advice/help would be welcome.
