Can I sue my ex for not following health insurance guidelines of the divorce decree?

well well well. been there doing that. Yes you can sue her for not following court orders.and for not following insurance instructions. I made my ex cary her own insurance then I broke down her policy and found out it would only cost me $25.00 a month extra to pay her to keep m daughter on her insurance. so we go to court latter this month.I would sue her for anything and everything she has done wrong..
