Tore miniscus on initial free trial karate class...do i follow through on the contract of $120 a month?

They made me sign before their "free trial" class i tore my miniscus thinking it was just a pulled muscle waited longer than 3 days now i cant get out of the contract of $120 a month while they render me zero services im paying them. The contract is legit and covers everything, basically i have to finish paying 3000 dollars unless i am permanently injured or move my residence 25 miles out.
