I need help right now, Diagnosis problem ASAP answers?

I have a neighbor, and she is like my second mom. She has been acting VERY strangely lately like not calling our house. She use to call on a daily basis. Well, yesterday my other neighbor called us and said That My neighbor(the one that has been acting strange) Went to her house and explained that people have been tapping into her phone and trying to get her daughter. She winked at my neighbor saying " CAN MY DAUGHTER STAY WITH YOU" Like she was afraid to have her daughter because she thought people were watching her and she needed her to go somewhere else. She also said that she think her husband planted a bomb in her car. ALSO she said that her son is taking Ecstacy. This is not like her AT ALL and i'm very worried about her. Does anyone have any idea what is happening with her or what kind of disorder she has? PLEASE HELP
