Should i tell him the truth..?

well this guy that used to like me and i use to like j(his initial) we use to talk like every single day then his computer got cut off so we didnt tlk tht much anymore then his friend c(his friends initial)use to kinda like me a lil and wanted me to go to his house and hang with him then i got into an accident and was in the hospital and stuff and then c never really tried to talk to me tht much anymore while i was in the hospital then bout sometime in april he tried to talk to me again and ask how i was and stuff but he never replied after that and then in may we hungout and we made out and stuff and j has a gf now and j use to tell c tht j liked me alot!! and c wud listen and stuff and j has a gf now and said when they ended he was gonna ask me out thats what he told one my other guy friends but uhm i kinda like c but idk if c likes me bck and i dont like j anymore not even as a friend bc he tlks crap bout me ever since he got a gf and shud i tell j what happened between me and c or not?me and j arent even friends anymore and j i dont even think he cares if we are friends or not but c told me not to tell this other guy and j hangs out with him shud i tell j what happpened to piss him out and be honest and tell him i like c and not j and tht i dnt like j as a friend???
