Is age a difference that I should worry about?

Leave it to this old man to finally find the woman of his dreams. Yes, she is gorgeous, hot, intelligent. Did I mention how gorgeous she is?! Here is the problem... Honestly feel that I have been searching a lifetime for her. Only to find that she is 20 years younger then me! We are both happy, been together for over a year now. Seems to good to be true lately. Should I continue this life of ecstacy or just prepare myself for an early grave once me the going on 50 year old begins to wake up with wrinkles and a sore back?
