Youth drug trafficking charges?

The police found 120 Ecstacy pills in my vehicle. they found my two phones, one for buisness and one just for regular talk (so they think). the pills and one of the phones were not in my possesion at the time though. the pills were in my vehicle and my phone they believed i used to sell off of was just lying around the house. i got charged for trafficking a controlled substance and i'm currently going to court for it. i am a youth in canada and this is not my first offence. any thoughts of what will happen when i am sentanced? i plan on getting a good lawyer.
