Concerned about contempt in the midst of divorce battle?

If you weren't living with anyone then you have nothing to worry about. he'd have to supply proof to the court (his word wont cut it) and if you recently got married (Congrats) and your still collecting alimony they might make you pay that back. if you haven't received any payment since getting married then your fine. when you go to court they will just cancel any future payments.
