Ecstacy: Can someone help please?

Last night I took ecstacy for my first time. I chewed it, with 2 other friends. After about 40mins I started to gag, and then I threw up. I tripped the whole night last night and I havent gotten any sleep and Im hearing things and seeing things and I feel sick to my stomache. Plus my parents just searched my entire room and found everything. So that made it worse, can someone tell me if I'll come back to reality?
