Can I still start college in time if I have unsatisfied student requirements?

I am suppose to be starting my first year in college this fall, but on my school's website it says I have unsatisfied student requirements for this aid year. I've done the FAFSA and signed the promissory note for the direct loans, but apparently it did not go through. On the Studentloans.gov site, my middle initial is incorrect, but the Entrance Counciling still went through. I sent an email to the loan site telling about the problem but never heard anything back. I am suppose to start at the end of August, and I'm so scared I won't be able to. Is it possible that I could still go even if everything can't get taken care of in time? Help PLEASE.
