well -first of all - let him dig his own grave - if he is reporting you doing drugs - take some tests once a month for a few months and prove he is full of crap - then if there is proof he is partying and being irresponsible on visitation - then the child has to aknowledge this to the report or whatever it is in your state - you have to take some sort of action towards getting proof of irresponsibility of him - but unfortunatly - you arent getting enough info - to do so - so its a tough perdicument - with out enough info on whats going on - you may have to wait untill you do get more info
