How do we keep her ex husband from ruining the wedding?

My fiance's ex husband found out that our wedding is this weekend. He hasn't paid child support in almost a year and hasn't even seen the kids in a year. Now he is threatening to take the kids for his weekend which would ruin the wedding. True it is his weekend on the decree, but he hasn't taken his weekends in a year and is doing it on purpose.
