My license got suspended?

I was driving with my husbands sister in law last month. She got pulled over and we both got a seatbelt ticket. We both have the same name except for the middle initial. I got a letter today saying my license is suspended. But the letter has her license plate number on it. Does anyone have any advice on why I got this letter. I think bmv messed up.
