My son has had a custody case going for over a year. Today he received a legal document that states "Upon consideration of Hearing Officer and the Interim Order of May___, 2011, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that the Report of Hearing Officer filed of record on May ______, 2011 IS hereby DISMISSED." What does this mean?
