When can I withdrawal my initial deposit to start a Bank of America ebanking account?

So I started an e banking account a few days ago with Bank of America. I had to deposit $25. When I look online it says available balance $25 but it also says that that $25 is processing. I was wondering when I would be allowed to withdrawal it without being penalized. Thanks!
