Why do people hate stoners and drug users?

All drugs where made illegal, most because the government could not profit from it! So most people don't approve of others using it because it is illegal, you are breaking the law and breaking the law is bad so you are bad and drugs are bad... I don't smoke pot but I think it should be legal. those other drugs not so much..
