Do delay premature ejaculation pills really work?

these tablets seem to be gettin alot of good reviews on a number of sites i have looked on. i tried to commit suicide 3 years ago over my severe premature ejaculation. i have tried everything from pills, creams, sprays, ebooks, fleshlight stu, nothing works. i even spent 2 months solid doing kegals, they didnt help either. i know my condition is physical, its not in my head so i dont want to hear anyone say it is .. i have found myself hooked on ecstacy, because E's delay my ejaculation up to 45 minutes but i dont like doin that because im always off my face and i have had afew bad experiences. nearly lost my life as one. any adivce on these pills would be great ..thanks
