What happens when you roll on ecstacy?

my friend gave me an ecstasy pill today, it's pretty small so it isn't supposed to be too strong but i've never rolled and i really want to. i heard it's a really good feeling and every thing is just more fun and you become happier, but do your eyes get red and do you hallucinate? please let me know every thing, this is my first time and im excited but i want to be aware.
