Do drug wihdrawals or long term effects from drugs(ecstacy) go away?

about 6 months ago i have been addicted to ecstacy. i would pop pills freuently then started to snorth pills. i have noticed that the withdrawals or long term effects started showing. I know longer do ecstacy. i would like to know if these symptoms go away or if their is a way to cure it.
