Ex-spouse declaring chapter 13- how will this affect the home in both of our names still?

My ex husband and I still are trying to sell a house that both of our names are attached to and he is threatening to file for chapter 13. In the divorce decree it says that "The home will be sold. Both parties accept any reasonable offer." The divorce has been final since September 2011 and he still refuses to lower the price to get rid of it. Is there anything I can do to keep this from ruining my credit? How will his chapter 13 affect me and what can I do about it?
