Her divorce should have nothing to do with the ability to buy your house.As long as her matrimonial home has already sold and the settlement is not dependant on a court to agree the amount each party will get then it should have no relevance.I would ask her (through your solicitor) what the situation regarding her matrimonial home sale is at present.
