Will my boyfriend stop doing drugs for me?

Ok i have been going out with guy and b4 we went out he was kinda a really big drug addict like he done ecstacy and speed so much times, and he smoked crack like 3 times and did coke a few times and did dilotas and oxis a few times and he loves drugs so much and hes soo addicted but he doesnt think he is at all and he promised me after my birthday that he would quite all drugs for me bc i know he loves me sooo much and i mean the world to him... about a week after he quite he did 13 nerve pills..... but he said that he was never gonna do it again because he knew how much it hurt me so... i just wanna know from everyone's thought bc personally i think he can do it and i have faith in him, but my mom doesnt and my moms very smart and knows a lot about this but i wanna know if he actually can quite....cus if he cant than he cant bring me down with him. :'(
